How We Work     

Our goal is to seamlessly integrate into your team, collaborating with your staff and partners. We strive to understand your organization’s mission and cultural style to work efficiently and productively within your team.

When we first meet with you to discuss a project, we’ll talk with you about the history of your organization, your goals for the event, and what you’d most like to see happen. If it’s a project you’ve already launched, we’ll explore what you’ve liked in past efforts and what you feel could be improved. We’ll also gather some statistical history to use during negotiations with potential suppliers.

After our initial discussions, we’ll get to work preparing a Scope of Work that outlines the project. The Scope can include a proposed budget and an initial timeline for the job. We’ll work with you to balance your goals and your financial capabilities. Our rates are typically quoted at a flat rate based on our past experience and the unique needs of your project.

When we reach an agreement, we join the team and start to work. We are happy to work with staff, volunteer planning committees, Boards of Directors, or any other members of your organization in implementing your special event or meeting. We have particular expertise at helping volunteer teams feel inspired, empowered and motivated to carry out the implementation of the event.
